Mr. Nakamura is an experienced aircraft financier. He has arranged numerous Japanese and non-Japanese tax lease, structured finance and debt financing since 1989, the dawn of Japanese Leveraged Lease, for airlines, operating lessors and manufacturers. He shares JOLCO investors’ perspective through his experience in equity placement and corporate finance among SME’s in Japan. His experiences also include corporate banking in Benelux and Southeast Asia, where he was responsible for marketing and credit. Mr. Nakamura is a US CPA and has an MBA in international accounting.
